An awareness event for older drivers that is being held throughout Hampshire in September / October 2019. The event is free to attend and open between 9.30am to 3pm, no appointment is required, and people can pop in anytime during these hours. The events are aimed at anyone with an interest, from older drivers themselves, to friends and relatives. Read more
A SkillsMax 8 week course from 4th October to 29th November for parents or carers who are unemployed and experiencing anxiety, stress or loneliness. On Fridays 9.30am to 2.30pm. Building Resilience & Wellbeing is aimed at supporting carers and/or parents who are loaded with the demands of caring for others. The course is free. Lunch is provided as well as travel costs reimbursed. Read more

Southern Health have produced LIFE cards as part of their suicide and self-harm prevention work. These are credit card size and can discreetly fit into wallets, phone pouches, pockets or hand bags. This means that people can have direct access to advice, help and support when they need it. Read more
