Southampton is holding a dementia festival to highlight the services available to people living with dementia and their carers.

This event is for people living with dementia and their friends,neighbours and family members.  if you are worried about a friend, neighbour or relative come along and learn more about the disease and how to help.

There will be music, entertainment and information.  it will cover both health and social care and other aspects of life such as exercise, diet, research.  There will be representatives from local agencies and private providers such as home care agencies, care homes, nursing homes and end of life care.
