Free Priority Service Register (PSR) from SSEN

Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks provide a free Priority Service Register (PSR); this is to register vulnerable people on their system. In turn, this allows them to highlight PSR customers when there is a fault, or if there are planned power outages. This alerts them, so they can visit them and check if any requirements are needed. There is also a free phone number whereby, once registered, they can call and not queue for a quick response to any worries about their power. Read more
