Dance for Parkinson's Classes

Each dance series will consist of one hour sessions twice a week for 10 weeks. Each session will start with a warm up. New steps will be introduced and practiced and a record of the session will be kept. Proposed dances include the social foxtrot, the waltz, the cha cha and the Argentine tango. Read more
