Active Nation run ActiveAbility, an award winning project with the aim to increase sporting and activity opportunities for individuals with a disability within the Solent area. The programme is proud to be the UK Active #Flame2017 Healthy Partnerships Winner. ActiveAbility offer a range of different sessions that suit everyone no matter what the disability, making sport inclusive for all.  Every week on offer is Football, Dance, Swimming, Martial Arts, Tenpin Bowling, Athletics, Basketball, Boccia and many more!

On average the sessions are just  £3 a session and it is as simple as just turning up and experienced and qualified coaches will take it from there.

ActiveAbility can also offer bespoke sport and activity sessions at an affordable cost. They can hire the venues, coaches or even come to your organisation or building.

Update 18/01/18  'Mind, Body & Soul - Karate session is now at Chamberlayne Leisure Centre,
Tuesdays at the revised time of 13:30 - 14:30.

Update 29/01/18 ActiveAbility is now offering open access swimming at The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex. Wake up with a splash on a Monday morning.  There are two lanes in the Main Pool available at your leisure. Just £3 a session!  Carer(s) free entry. 10:00 - 11:30.

There is also a Disco session on Monday evening at The Hexagon Centre, Chandlers Ford 19:00-20:00.
