Search services and support Respite, care and day services In-home support Conductive Care Conductive Care provides one to one Conductive Education Sessions to children and young adults with neurological and mobility impairments, within their own home. Conductive Care was setup by Ceri Winfield, a fully qualified Conductor graduating from the National Institute of Conductive Education with a First class BA (Hons) in Conductive Education. Conductive Education is a rehabilitation technique that helps children and young adults with neurological and mobility impairments, such as Cerebral Palsy and Head Injury. Conductive Education develops abilities and skills through active participation, enabling and encouraging them to be as independent and self sufficient as possible.Conductive Care strives to support and create independence for children and young adults with disabilities. Working along side their aims from nursery, school, college and university settings as well as focusing on key aspects that they or their parents would like to improve on. A key part of the service is helping to show how the principles of Conductive Education can continued to be implemented within their own and a child’s every day life. Sessions are available in Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Havant and surrounding areas. SEN Sensory Music and Movement groups are run weekly for children aged 0-5yrs. Also now providing one to one autism sessions and communication sessions.
