Staff are available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to accept referrals, conduct carers assessments, issue carers cards and give carer guidance by telephone as usual.  Information on relevant resources is regularly updated on our website here.  
We are not currently accepting office visitors or running our monthly lunches.

In normal circumstances we request that all visitors make an appointment so that we can provide the relevant staff, ensure we have an available meeting room and so that we can meet any accessibility needs. If you need to visit our office please telephone or email us beforehand to request an appointment.
