Search services and support Advice services Assistive technology Don't Tone Alone Don't Tone Alone (DTA) CIC is a community interest company dedicated to making health and wellbeing accessible to all. They run a range of accessible, free and subsidised projects for marginalised communities and those who wish to progress their health and fitness - but struggle to do so. They offer various exercise classes that are led by specialist DTA instructors, or you can attend one of their events for practical healthy living advice and information.
