Don't Tone Alone logo

Don't Tone Alone (DTA) CIC is a community interest company dedicated to making health and wellbeing accessible to all.  They run a range of accessible, free and subsidised projects for marginalised communities and those who wish to progress their health and fitness - but struggle to do so.

They offer various exercise classes that are led by specialist DTA instructors, or you can attend one of their events for practical healthy living advice and information.

Some of these have fees but there are also many FREE classes.

In addition to community-focused activities, DTA runs a number of accredited training programmes, exercise services, and other interventions.

There is also a DTA app, to help you engage with their online communities, access advice and information, and take part in their bespoke projects and services.
