SSAG is a co-operative that runs a Food Club twice a week at two Southampton venues in SO14 and SO16 for a weekly fee of £3.50 giving access to a range of food and household goods. There is also an option of £5 for 15 items.

Assisted Shopping - Sainsbury's Shop On-line and Telephone Service

Sainsbury's Assisted Shopping scheme helps people who are housebound, cannot travel to the shops or cannot manage online shopping by allowing them to make shopping orders over the telephone. You can access this service by calling 0800 328 1700, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

We are open to referrals of adult unpaid carers for support, information, carers cards, emergency plans and statutory carers assessments.
Is our service for you?

Our service is for adults who provide unpaid care and support to a family member or friend who has a disability, illness, mental health condition, or who needs extra help as they grow older. It isn’t someone who volunteers or is employed to provide support.
