When was the last time you stopped to check how you're doing?

Our busy lives often mean our own health is at the bottom of our list of priorities. But it’s important to take time to look after yourself as not only will you feel the benefits, your family will too.

The One You campaign is a national healthy lifestyles campaign developed by Public Health England to encourage adults particularly those in middle age, to take control of their health to enjoy significant benefits now, and in later life.

Everyday habits and behaviours, such as eating too much unhealthy food, drinking more than is recommended, continuing to smoke and not being active enough, are responsible for around 40% of all deaths in England, and cost the NHS more than £11 billion a year.

The One You website has a range of tools that can support you to make healthy lifestyle choices and includes a quiz which will give you a personalised health score as well as access to a range of self help apps.
