Dance for older people

Dance for wellbeing accessible to anyone with dementia, stroke, Parkinson's, Osteoporosis, arthritis, with reduced mobility (inc wheelchair bound) and their carers.  Classes start on 1st July (Monday) at 3-4, at the Sainsburys Community Room in Portswood. Read more
