PANDAS provide help to improve the lives of people affected by Pre (Ante) & Postnatal illnesses, for those living with Antenatal Depression, Postnatal Depression, OCD, Anxiety, Psychosis, their families and carers.  The primary focus is that no parent should feel alone whilst suffering from depression either in pregnancy or following birth.

They help Mum, Dad and their families.

Helpline: 0843 28 98 401

The PANDAS Helpline is available from 9am – 8pm every day.  A dedicated volunteer team are on hand to offer support, advice and can help to signpost to other organisations if necessary.

The helpline can get very busy. If you can’t get through, please leave a message with your name and phone number.

Some times it might feel like no one understands what you are going through and coping with the everyday effects of pre and postnatal depression can be isolating and stressful. It can be difficult to come to terms with a diagnosis or to make a treatment choice. Sometimes you simply need space and time to talk freely about how you are feeling and all the options you might have.

The PANDAS Helpline is for offering information, support and guidance. They are unable to diagnose mental health illnesses, or issue medical or legal advice.

If you have, or suspect you may have, a health problem you should consult your doctor or specialist nurse.

Calls cost 5p per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge

Offers information and an online community.
