They provide information about memory loss, where to find help and how to recieve support for you, your relatives and carers. The team consists of three advisors who specialise in memory loss and dementia and have knowledge and experience of supporting people with their health and wellbeing. Cost Free Services The Southampton Memory Advisory Service know about a wide range of support services which are available and can help you make choices about what you may want of what may suit your own personal requirements. You can be referred to the Service via your GP, or you can telephone them and leave a message if you are interested in their service. If the service is able to meet your needs, they will contact you and arrange to see you in your own home or in a clinic setting.
