Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust provide community health, specialist mental health and learning disability services for people across Hampshire

Their services include:

Mental health services - treatment and support to adults and older people experiencing mental illness and treatment to adults and young people, in secure and specialised settings.
Community services - support and treatment to both adults and children in community hospitals, health centres, GP surgeries and in patients’ homes. Also a stop smoking service (Quit4Life).
Learning disabilities services - community learning disability teams work in partnership with local councils to provide assessment and support for adults with learning disabilities and also provide specialist inpatient services.

Assisted Shopping - Sainsbury's Shop On-line and Telephone Service
